How much does it cost to ship my Love Toys? 

Standard delivery for all UK Mainland parcels currently stands at £2.95.  For orders over £15, you are automatically entitled to FREE UK Shipping.

How long will it take for my Love Toys to arrive?

All orders before 3 p.m are despatched the same day from our fully stocked UK warehouse.  All orders after 3 p.m will be despatched the very next day.  Our dedicated currier advised delivery of first class items between three and five working days, although in reality, it is often a lot quicker.  Therefore, please allow five working days before enquiring about a potentially missing parcel.

Can I have my Love Toys shipped the same day?

In the heat of the moment, we understand that time may be of the essence.  Therefore, we do offer a next day service at request before 1 p.m.  After placing your order please e-mail Hannah at info@lovetoys.co.uk and she will make sure your request is dealt with high priority.

Can my sex toys be shipped outside the UK? 

The answer is absolutely!  Please visit our International Delivery page to learn more about delivery rates and times for overseas destinations.

What should I do if my products haven’t arrived within a week?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within five working days please do not hesitate to get in touch.  We will send you two e-mails.  One confirming your order and a second confirming despatch of your parcel.  If you have yet to receive one, please get in touch and one of the team will get immediately on the case with our currier.

Returns & Replacements

We love to build maximum customer satisfaction and with our Returns Policy, this is wonderfully reflected.  You may return your Love Toys within 28 days of ordering for a full refund to your original payment method.  Please allow five working days for your funds to be made available by your bank or building society.

Due to the nature of our business and the impeccable hygiene standards that we must maintain, the physical use, removal of packaging or damage to any of our products is strictly prohibited in the entitlement of a successful return.  We must guarantee maximum health and safety standards to our clients and for this, LoveToys reserve the right to return your products should they fail our quality inspection.

LoveToys cannot be held responsible for the damage or missing deliveries of returned items back to us.  So remember ladies and gents, pack them securely and always use a tracked service for both parties protection.

Exchange Policy for your Adult Toys and Products

We strive to make the exchange of your adult toys as easy as possible.  Doing so, is made easy with the help of our dedicated team, some with over fifteen years experience within the love toy market.  Firstly, contact us with your order number and we will provide you with a FREEPOST return address to send your goods to.

Secondly, upon receipt, we will pass them through our quality inspection process and all being well, will be in touch with regards to the products you wish to have instead.  The LoveToys team will ensure a quick despatch of your new products to ensure you are not left waiting around to add a little naughtiness to your love life.

Lucy, in our Returns and Exchange department will be in touch to tie up any loose ends and to ensure any credits or debits to or from your card are processed and agreed before despatch.  If you were entitled to a free gift or gifts because of the value of your order, you do not need to return these along with your returned parcel.  Again guys and girls, remember to pack them securely and use a tracked service in their return.

Amending your LoveToys order is a stroll in the park!  Simply call or e-mail us with your request, including your order number and what products you would like to add, remove or exchange prior to despatch.  We guarantee a response within 8 business hours and the team here will do all we can to make the change as fuss free and as seamless as possible.  Please bare in mind, if your parcel has already been despatched, you will need to follow our returns process. 

Canceling My LoveToys Order

Canceling your order prior to despatch is designed to be as fuss free as possible and we guarantee your refund will be processed within 24 hours, making the funds available in your bank in as little as 48 hours.  Simply e-mail or call us with your order number and one of our helpful team will get the ball rolling on canceling your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You have the choice to make your secure payments over our SSL encrypted site via your Debit or Credit Card.  Alternatively, you can pay safely via PayPal and be eligible for Buyer Protection.  We also accept payments via cheque or bank transfer to be totally flexible for every one of our customers different needs.  Pricing is as per labelled on site and on site only, whilst our live promotions can be withdrawn prematurely should our stock levels unexpectantly exhaust.
